Engineering Student went to India for the search of meaning of life, came back home within months

Elisha is a 27 years young man who was born and raised in the city of Baltimore, Maryland. Elisha was always a very good student and his parents wanted him to become an engineer. Elisha himself was happy with the idea of becoming an engineer, but as Elisha grew up, he started to research the meaning of life. Elisha wasn’t happy with his life and wanted to know all the mysteries of life and its origins. Elisha joined an Indian commune online and told his parents that he is not interested in this material world anymore and wants to become a Hindu monk. His parents weren’t happy with his decision, but they found themselves helpless in front of him. Elisha’s parents are hardcore catholic and it was hard for them to accept his decision, but they still didn’t show any sort of rejection on their faces and dropped him to the airport on his flight to India.

Elisha’s parents also stayed in touch with him all the time while he was in India. He thoroughly enjoyed his life for the first few months in India. Doing all the Japas, Mantras, etc, he was very enthusiastic about the same and was enjoying it all thinking that he is going to get enlightened and ultimately attainĀ Moksha.

He was wrong. He literally found out after a while that the sadhus he was doing meditation, mantras, etc with were all addicted to alcohol and smoking. They were using Elisha for his money. Elisha was very much hurt and decided to go back to his home in Baltimore.

Elisha called his parents and told them that he is coming back home. Elisha’s parents were very happy and they welcomed him with utter cheers. After reaching back his home in Baltimore, Elisha decided that he is going to enroll in the Loyola University Maryland and started looking for the best laptop for engineering students under $1000 online. He bought one and now he is waiting for the college open. He is now more enthusiastic about his studies than ever before.
